Ashlyn’s Baby Bowtique is a business run out of my family home. A lot of time goes into making each and every hair clip and accessory. As a stay at home mom, I ask you to keep this in mind when you purchase off my website. Please read the return policy below before placing an order. Return Policy

Ashlyn’s Baby Bowtique accepts returns for damaged items purchased via its website within 7 days of receipt of shipment. However, returned items will only be accepted in their original and unused condition. Then you can make an even exchange for the same item you ordered. All sales, including applicable sales tax and shipping charges, are final on all merchandise.

A copy of the invoice that accompanied the web order must be included with returns or exchanges. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed for any reason.
