What are your shipping prices?

When will my order ship?

It will usually ship within 3 business days after payment is received. However, it could take up to 10 business days during our busy times. We will do our best to notify you of the expected shipping date. If you need your item by a certain date, please contact me before you place your order at Shannon@AshlynsBabyBowtique.com

What shipping method do you use?

We ship via the United States Postal Service by First Class Mail. It typically takes 2-5 business days.
If you need your order quicker, we can arrange to ship a different way and will cost more depending on what you choose.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only if you live in California

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. If you live outside of the U.S., we are happy to ship to you as well. Please contact me before placing your order to determine shipping costs.

What is your return policy?

Ashlyn’s Baby Bowtique is a business run out of my family home. A lot of time goes into making each and every hair clip and accessory. As a stay at home mom, I ask you to keep this in mind when you purchase off my website. Please read the return policy below. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Ashlyn’s Baby Bowtique accepts returns for damaged items purchased via its website within 7 days of receipt of shipment. However, returned items will only be accepted in their original and unused condition. Then you can make an even exchange for the same item you ordered. All sales are final on all merchandise.

A copy of the invoice that accompanied the web order must be included with returns or exchanges. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Finally, you must contact customer service at Shannon@AshlynsBabyBowtique.com prior to sending back any merchandise. Thank you for your support and business!

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed for any reason.

Can I place an order through e-mail?

Yes. If you feel more comfortable doing this, please e-mail: Shannon@AshlynsBabyBowtique.com. In the subject line, simply write "Order" and include the clips, colors, styles and quantity you want along with your ship to address. I will send you a Pay Pal invoice. It's very simple to do. I will process your order right away!

Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online store only. Unfortunately, we don't take orders over the phone either. I'm a stay at home mom so I’m busy tending to my beautiful daughter. I can always be reached via e-mail.

Do you have a printed catalog?

No, not at this time.

Are the hair clips safe for babies?

Enjoy your Ashlyn’s Baby Bowtique hair accessories! They are carefully made, however, Use Only with Adult Supervision. We recommend that you remove your child's hair accessories before nap-time, in the car seat (when they are out of your reach) and at daycare, bedtime etc because our products are small and could potentially become a choking hazard, especially for children under the age of 3. Our accessories are for use at your own risk. By placing an order with us, you agree that Ashlyn’s Baby Bowtique accepts no liability for use/misuse or lack of supervision while using our products. Thank you!

Is it safe to place an order online through your website?

Yes, to protect you, sensitive areas of our site are secured by 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which means your personal information is sent with strong encryption to the payment gateway. All payments are processed through PayPal or Google Checkout, depending on your selection during checkout. Ashlyn’s Baby Bowtique does not keep a local copy of your credit card number. It only goes directly to the authorization and payment gateway, so there is no risk of stolen numbers from our database.

Do you take special orders?

Yes, I take custom orders at no extra charge. Please contact me at Shannon@AshlynsBabyBowtique.com before you place your order to arrange details.

Do I need a Pay Pal account to order?

No, you don't. Although we use PayPal for our shopping cart and payment processing, you do not need a PayPal account to order. Simply select the option: "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account" when you are taken to the PayPal page. You also have the option to use Google Checkout which also allows you to use your credit card without having an account.
